Direct Service Provider and Aircraft Owner-Operator

Speaking of owning our aircraft, this is yet another way in which AirEvac International stands above our competitors. We are a direct-service provider, meaning we coordinate everything between the initial contact and the transportation service until the patient arrives safely at the destination. This means we, not some middle man, control the quality of service and patient care we provide. We utilize the Learjet 31, 31ER, and 35A series aircraft for the safe and reliable transport of patients who find themselves in dire need of transport services, including those who are currently COVID-19 positive.

Services Provided

The services we provide through AirEvac International are vast. However, most of our cases involve the transport of end-of-life, rehab, critically ill, cardiac, trauma, respiratory, or neurological patients. These patients demand an increased level of specialty services that we proudly give and are dutifully equipped to provide. Our planes feature onboard power inverters, FAA-approved stretchers, charting software, transport ventilators, tailored drug inventory, infusion pumps, cardiac monitoring, and more.

What We Need to Have at The Ready

If you are dealing with a family member in need of air ambulance services, we recognize this is a scary situation. Before contacting us to begin the process of setting up a flight, have the patient’s, name, birthdate, height, and weight at the ready. We will also need the destination facility name and location, insurance information, current medical condition or diagnosis, and reason for transport to begin.

How to Contact Flight Coordinators

Our goal is to coordinate everything for your family member, saving you the burden of dealing with a stressful medical situation.
